Our team of enologists

Concilio’s wines are produced by Cantina Sociale di Trento, thanks to the precious contribution of an experienced and passionate team.

The technical team is made up of enologists and technicians specialised in monitoring the quality and continuous evolution of production processes so as to optimise the wine’s sensory qualities. The whole team draws on its members’ passion, training and know-how, working in harmony and leveraging their long-standing experience throughout the entire wine processing cycle. This, combined with the best wine-making technologies, ensures the highest quality standards and preserves the traditional characteristics of Trentino wine.

In both plants, Trento and Volano, the team plans its production strategies with regard to special oenological requirements, harvesting and the supply of raw materials.

Moreover, it is also responsible for obtaining the cellar’s prestigious BRC certification.
